There is a purpose why photographers are required to present a description of the photographs they capture mainly because looking at a photograph constantly raises questions than answers without knowing the situation around it.
However, we were able to get hold of this interesting Instagram account and a Facebook group named “Images worth seeing”
It has captured photographs of so many aspects of life virtually around the world and they provide very limited information to make it more fascinating.
The main person behind this concept, Hannes had stated that he wished to share this huge collection of these images he had with the world during the first Covid lockdown when boredom struck him.
That is when he created the Instagram account and also a Facebook group where others also could post “Weird images worth seeing” with the rest of the world.
More to this, Hannes added that there were some obstacles to this group when it reached 100,000 members, their posts were limited to a few per hour to keep the content quality and visibility high.
Facebook didn’t support them as the algorithm were strict and ultimately got them banned
When the second group was made, they were cautious about approving posts and the group hit 120,000 members surprisingly. When three images were flagged out of the hundreds they received daily, their second group got deleted as well. A lot of groups face the same fate according to Hannes
They didn’t stop as they made the third group which is running with the Instagram account. Hannes said their main goal was to make their content worth seeing. The randomness of their content could not determine how well they will do among the viewers.
