It’s too horrible to read the comments, but a Swedish model was mocked for having hairy legs in an Adidas ad campaign.

A Swedish model gets ridiculed for having hairy legs in Addidas’s Fall/Winter Campaign, and the comments were too upsetting to read.

World-famous sports brand Addidas launched its Fall/Winter Campaign “Superstar” recently that highlights authenticity and showcases the “icons of tomorrow” – models, activists, artists, and athletes.

Since the Superstar Sneaker was created with the goal of “Redefining Beauty” was why it caused so much controversy as soon as the video hit the Internet The whole stir was about Arvidia Bystrom, a Swedish model, artist, and photographer, who has always been advocating against stereotypes and being a huge activist and supporter of the “No shave” movement.

She casually posed in a pretty white dress, pink shirt, and pastel Superstar shoes. While creating a pretty “girly” image, she also caused quite the stir for showing her hairy legs. A few people have been bullying her since, leaving mean and hurtful comments below Youtube videos and even sending abusive threats directed at her.

I can’t even begin to imagine what it’s like to not possess all these privileges and try to exist in the world. “Sending love and trying to remember that not everybody has the same experiences being a person,” Byström wrote on her Instagram after.
